Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
A valid credit card may be required to reserve an appointment.

At Drip. Martin IV Infusion & Wellness, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before making a purchase.
Medical & Wellness Services
Due to the nature of medical, wellness, injectable, IV infusion, peptide, weight management, and other professional services, all services rendered are non-refundable.
Once a treatment, consultation, injection, infusion, laboratory service, or other service has been provided, payment will not be refunded based on dissatisfaction with results or a change of mind. Individual results may vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Products & Medications
For patient safety and quality-control reasons, medications, prescription products, compounded preparations, peptides, injections, and other products that have left our control are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes products that are unopened or unused.
Retail Products
Unused, unopened retail products in their original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, subject to approval.
To be eligible:
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
For safety and sanitation reasons, certain skincare, cosmetic, or personal-care products may not be eligible for return once opened.
Packages & Pre-Paid Services
Packages, prepaid treatments, memberships, and promotional services are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
If a prepaid service cannot be provided because Drip. Martin IV Infusion & Wellness determines that the patient is not an appropriate candidate, the remaining unused balance may be reviewed for a possible refund, account credit, or alternative service, as appropriate.
Any approved refund may be adjusted to reflect services already received, products used, promotional discounts, administrative fees, or other applicable charges.
Gift Cards & Gift Certificates
Gift cards, gift certificates, and promotional credits are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
Lost or stolen gift cards or certificates may not be replaced.
Appointment Deposits & Consultation Fees
Deposits and consultation fees may be applied toward eligible services when applicable. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies may affect whether a deposit or fee is forfeited.

Incorrect Charges or Billing Errors
