for patients who already have laboratory orders from their healthcare provider.

1. Bring Your Lab Order
Bring a current laboratory order from your healthcare provider or have your provider send the order to our office.

2. We Draw Your Blood
Our trained staff will collect your specimen according to the laboratory's requirements.

3. Your Specimen Is Processed
Specimens are sent to the appropriate laboratory for testing and processing.

4. Receive Your Results
Laboratory results are provided according to the laboratory's normal reporting process.

Our phlebotomy service may be a convenient option for individuals who:

• Have a high insurance deductible
• Are uninsured or prefer to self-pay
• Need routine laboratory testing
• Want an alternative to visiting a traditional laboratory draw center
• Already have laboratory orders from their healthcare provider

Important: Laboratory testing fees are separate from our phlebotomy/collection fee unless otherwise stated. 

Pricing may vary based on the laboratory, tests ordered, and collection requirements.

or provide treatment based solely on laboratory results obtained through this service.

Your laboratory results should be reviewed with the healthcare provider who ordered the testing. 

We do not establish a provider-patient relationship solely by performing a blood draw.
